4. Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees: Fees must be paid in full or as per installment plans before access is granted.
• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, fees paid are non-refundable. We encourage viewing demo lectures before purchase.
• Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable GST.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must maintain decorum. Shubh Academy reserves the right to suspend users who use abusive language, spam the platform, or attempt to scrape data.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we provide high-quality coaching, Shubh Academy does not guarantee success in any competitive examination or job placement. We are not liable for interruptions due to technical maintenance or server issues.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
